"Good morning! Just checking in. Reply OK if you're doing well today."

Most days, that's where it ends. They reply, you never get bothered, and everyone goes about their day.
No Reply? We Call Them
If they don't respond within your chosen time window (30 minutes to 6 hours—you decide), we automatically place a phone call. Maybe they didn't hear the text, or left their phone in another room. The call gives them another chance to check in.
They can press 1 to confirm they're okay, or say "I'm fine" and the system understands. Works on landlines too—no smartphone needed.
Still Nothing? Now You Know
If they don't respond to the text or the call, you get an alert. Now you know to call them yourself, swing by, or ask a neighbor to check in.
You also get alerted immediately if they reply "HELP" to a text or say they need assistance on the call.

What if they respond with something other than "OK"?
They can reply "OK" or "1" to confirm they're fine, or "HELP" or "9" if they need assistance. If the response isn't recognized, the system treats it as a missed check-in and follows up with a phone call.

Yes. Add as many contacts as your plan allows. Each person gets their own check-in at their preferred time in their timezone.
Do they need a smartphone?
