Does my loved one need a smartphone or an app?
No. Check-ins work on any phone—including basic flip phones and landlines. There's nothing to install and no app to learn. They simply reply to a text, or answer the automated call.
What happens if they don't respond?
If a text goes unanswered, the system automatically places a follow-up phone call after your chosen time window. If they still don't respond, you're alerted right away so you can step in.
Will I get bombarded with notifications?
No. You're only contacted when it matters—a missed check-in that can't be completed by phone, or a request for help. No daily "all clear" messages.
Can I cancel anytime?
